help with sub

i have 2 12 inch mtx terminators and 1 of them isnt playing that good. it sounds like something is rattling around inside it. it plays but plays horrible. does anyone kno wuts wrong? please help

mesh grille that protects the vented pole piece probably came unglued and is rattling inside. take the sub out and fish around for it with an allen wrench.

so if i get the mesh grill out can it stay out or have 2 be glued back in?

it cant stay out. might be a tinsel lead or a bad spider 2
