HELP WITH SETUP!! 05 jeep cherokee laredo alpine 6 speak and 2 12 setup

Im installing my Alpine cde-hd138bt head unit combined with a ktp-445u speaker amp. As of right now just gonna run the stock speakers have some new ones just dont know what plan is yet. First issue im gonna have is my jeep has 6 speakers. 3.5 high frequency speakers in dash, 6x9 full range speakers in front doors, and 6.5 speakers in rear door. Idk how i should hook speakers up because amp is 4 ch. ive read that best way would prolly be hook up dash speaks to head unit. Then the door speaks to the amp? I also have a 20 farad power acoustik capacitor, scoshe d block, with a boss 5000 watt amp. Which i know isnt the best but thats what i got atm. And i have 2 12 inch mtx 7500s. I believe i have em hooked up in parallel. Any help on how i should run the speakers would be sweet. Ty
