Help with Pioneer Avic D-3

I have the Avic D-3 and have had it for about 4yrs. My problem is I had my car tuned on a dyno using a hand held tuner (Predator). Ever since then about 2 yrs ago, my navi disc I believe East coast disc (whatever disc has Illinois). That disc only shows maybe 2-3 states and Illinois isn't one of them. It worked when I went to get my car tuned, because I used the Navi to get to the tuners shop. When I left I noticed it was only picking up a couple of states. What gives????
