Need to know what the systems others parts are. OEM, aftermarket, amplified by OEM or aftermarket equip? What are we blending together, what is the goal, what is the budget?

What final impedence are you wiring to?

I have a the oem Sony stereo and oem speakers but I’m just strictly wanting some subwoofers right now and I can get them in 2 ohms or 4 ohms and I really don’t wanna spend over 700 dollars but if I have to I will. I just wanna know what’s the best amp for the best price

What final impedence are you wiring to?

I can get the speakers in 4 ohm or 2 but if I get them in 4 I can wire them all together and then to the amp at 1 ohm

If you are going to buy 4 of those 8" subwoofers then get them in dual 2 ohm and wire them like below for a 1 ohm load on the amplifier.
