Help with noise!

Hi, I'm new to this forum and need some help tracking down a noise issue that I've never ran across. The system I'm installing is in a 2008 Dodge Daytona using the factory head unit, wired to a JL Audio summing device then to the cleansweep, followed by 3 Rockford Fosgate amplifiers. All the wiring and rca's are stinger, the speakers are Boston pro 6.5 for the front and a pair of 12" alpine type R's. The noise I get is when I turn my ignition on, but not starting the vehicle I can hear all the waring lights cycle through the speakers, then once started I get a typical ground loop noise. What has stumped me is that nowhere I seem to add a ground wire nothing changes, with my Fluke meter I get .01-.02 ohms on all grounds. This system was taken out of my 2005 Dodge Ram and there was no noise in that truck, this car has a can-bus set up that I'm not familiar with so,Please I need some help!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif
