Help with installing an second amp

I'm about to install a mono amp in my car. I already have a multichannel amp that was already installed for the door speakers and rear speakers. I've been searching on the web on how to install it but I'm having trouble understanding how to run the ground cable and power cable. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Power cable goes to the battery. Ground goes to the chassis in a well cleaned bare metal spot. Size of wire depends on amp size

I've used them without a fuse and have seen many other people do it as well without a problem.

No, bare metal to the chassis is much more important than size of screw/bolt

I didn't install it. My dad had it install a while back.
