Help with installing amp+sub/ipod in '03 G55

I have been trying to find out what the best way to install a sub/amp and ipod in my 2003 Mercedes G55 with oem navigation. Would the Rockford 3sixty.1 work, and how would install with with optical lines? Any info is appreciated. I already have the sub/amp, its a 15" XXX and MMATS D300HC factory modified...

With such an open-ended question you should really see a pro. Besides, Mercedes are a bear to install into.
