Help with first build.

Hey all.

Just bought a 2006 2500 quad cab Cummins about six months ago. Let's just say the stock speakers aren't that great. I want to do a full rebuild but am not sure what to get. I am fine if I have to do it in stages. That being said this doesn't need to be a competition build just something pretty nice. I losten to all kinds of music so I'd like a setup that can accommodate that. I also like my music loud! Price range can vary but I'd like to stay under 2 grand. Any help is appreciated.

Around $2000 you can get a pretty nice setup....You need to update the door speakers to higher end 6x9 componets and the rear should be 5 1/4 just get quality coax .......then you'll need a custom under seat sub box ...and Id go with 2 10s due to space ...Then a decent quality 5ch amp should make it all come together...Go with a name brand deck ...up ront

Sounds great man, I mean if I could spend a grand instead and still have a great setup I would! Also do you have been recommendations for speakers, head unit etc?
