OK so for what you discribed and looking at those boxes.. i would recommend the Fi audio Q's with 1 dual ohms speakers. they come in 10" and have lots of low bass, and can get loud off of 1000watts rms.

Now for the amp you have alot to choose from, but i would say either mmatts,zapco, or sundown audio. just make sure they can do 2000watts rms at 1 or 4 ohms.

Are you gonna use a power drill?
