help with box rise?

I just dont want something like one ohm plus rise and then Im at 2 ohms. And being that I am new to this Im not sure how rise works. Ive read some things online but have seen nothing about sealed boxes and how they respond. Also will polyfill affect it and how?

Op you are over thinking this. There isn't an effective reason to worry as much as you are about this.
