help with box design

I have a 10" Oz Matrix Elite dvc 2ohm sub and going to build a new box. It's going in a 1994 Mustang convertible. The space I have available is about 34" wide 13" deep and 14" high in the front and 7" tall in the back. I'll be powering it with a PG Tantrum 300.2 running mono which puts out about 350 watts @ 4ohm mono. If someone could give me the dimensions for a sealed box and the cubic ft I would appreciate it. Would a ported box work better?

What dimensions do you have to work with (and in what car/where will it be?)? And what are you looking to get out of the setup? I may be able to get back to you tonight with something
It's in my original post but here's the details:

Obviously convertibles lose a fair amount of bass especially with the top down but trying to get as much as I can and a cross between spl/ sq with leaning a little heavier towards the sq. Mostly listen to classic rock and blues with some country rock.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
