Always better with the amplifiers mounted away from the subwoofer box with the vibrations and what not. Buck does awesome designs and he is worth every penny and tbh I think he could charge more and get it for the kind of work he does with the time & effort he puts into every persons design. He does each one like he would his own. He did it professionally for a long time and has thousands of hours put into his designs.
I've seen him around alotof threads im sure he's the guy to go to Thanks

While I have you guys here instead of making a new thread ill just ask. Wiring. I have both subs wired separately in series both having a 3 ohm load i know the slash amp is mono but has two speaker outputs. Now my question is is the amp seeing 3ohm or 6? And if it's six what would the amp be putting out wattage wise. And should I re wire them parallel. Thanks in advance I know its a thinker

Agreed with this here. Since you have the unit pulled out of the car/dash...test it at your car battery directly for operation. very simple to do...

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
