Help me with this wiring, confusing me

I have 2 10" subs DVC 4ohm each. My sub box only has SVC. I had the subs installed into the box by someone and don't know how he wired it. I'm getting a new amp to power these 2 subs.

How should I wire the subs to the box? Looking at diagrams but the pictures had the subs directly wired to the amp and not the sub box to the amp. Should I use 4ohm or 2ohm? 600rms each sub. Should I get an amp for the 4ohm or ohm and would you recommend me mono or 2-channel amp?

....sorry i meant the box only has 2 terminals, one set of + and - on left side and one set of + and - on right side.

Then you parallel each of your subs and then to the terminal. After that, parallel those two terminals into your amp for a 1 ohm load, or series them for a 4 ohm load

how would that be done? if i parallel the subs, then i would be only using the positive side of one terminal and negative side of other terminal on the box.

edit nvm you **** at describing stuff.

Wire up each sub however then connect 1 sub to one terminal and 1 to the other

Join the wires outside the terminal however need be

i want to wire them so i can use it on an 1ohm amp 1200rms.

can you give me details on how to do that? something similar to one of those diagrams.

im a total noob at this.

First sub ~

Take both positive inputs on the subwoofer and wire them together to the single positive post on the enclosure's terminal.

Do likewise for both negative inputs on the subwoofer to the negative post on the enclosure terminal.

Second subwoofer~

All I did was add the terminals in my drawing to a place where on the other diagrams it joins the 2 wires together, its not to hard you just have to think about it for a bit.
