help installing

Havnt installed anythign in years and just wanna make sure i still know what im doing a little bit.

i have a directed audio 1500d amp,

1200rms at 1 ohm. I'd like to hook up 3 400rms subs SVC 4ohms.

id hook em up and amp would produce like 1000rms or so at 1.33ohms. is running amp at 1.33 safe?

and 3 subs in a sealed box sound good or should i port it

1.33 ohms is fine for a 1 ohm stable amp and the box will depend on your listening preference and how loud/clear you'd like the bass to be. a ported box is alot louder but not as persise as where a sealed box is alot more accurate and tight bass plus the subs will handle more power in a sealed...... try both to see which you like better
