Help Installing new Amp

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with a few things for installing my new kicker 5 channel amp. I am going to power my 4 door speakers on 4 channels and the sub channel for a sub. 1)Can I run the speaker wire for all 4 speakers to the back of the head unit where the original speaker wires are? or do i have to run it to each speaker directly? 2)When I run the RCAs do I only need one set going from my head unit to my amp? My head unit has 2 RCA jacks front and rear and my amp has 3 front rear and sub.

Thank you goonandbuck. How much speaker wire and what size do you think I will need if I am mounting my amp on the backside of the rear seats of a jeep cherokee? Is 50' of 16 gauge enough?
