Help installing my Bazooka tube

I got a Bazooka Bass tube and I need a little help installing it. I know you need the RCA, power, ground, etc, but I am a little confused on the power part.

Here is what I have:

Tube: Bazooka BTA8100

Harness (Tube didnt have the adapter/harness needed): Bazooka ELA-HARNESS Replacement Harness ELA-HP-AWK

I got a amp install kit: EFX 10-gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit - From Cruthfield.com

After I bought all of my stuff I was talking to my friend and he pointed out that I got a 10-gauge power cable, and that the sub's power cable is 16 gauge. Will this be a problem? I am a little over my head, so any help would be great! Thanks

Haha! I have another question. I want to replace my stock speakers with something a little better. My front speakers are aftermarket but they don't sound all that hot.

Current front speakers: Pioneer - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers with Composite IMPP Woofer Cones (Pair)

What i'm looking at to replace those: Pyle PLG6C 6.5-Inch 400-Watt 2-Way Custom Component System

What i'm looking at for the back speakers: PYLE PLG69.5 6-Inch x 9-Inch 450 Watt Five-Way Speakers

What should I be looking for in a speaker?
