I'm installing a 2008 res radio from dodge in my 01 jeep grand Cherokee I'm using two wiring harness from metra a 71-6522 and a metra 71-1816, I'm having problems with the wiring and making it work with the vehicle harness ,

That will never work as the 08 radio will require a can bus ignition which is not possible in the 01 jeep

There is a a wire harness that scosche sells CR06SR that comes with a can bus

probably. you might find it on ebay. I had a special harness issue to and scosche had me covered.

That harness is designed for adding aftermarket radios to 07-up Chrysler jeep or dodge vehicles. It converts can bus signal not an analog 12v ignition. There are no harnesses that generate a can bus signal from 12v ignition. This will not work
