Help guys, need opinons.

I have a plan that I need some opinons on and would greatly appreciate your help. Ok I want to but an SUV or truck to put in a kick *** sound system. I want something loud and can be heard by all in a block, let the bashing begin. I was wondering what you guys suggest for an SUV. I dont want to spend to much on the car. I was thinking an S-10? MAybe take out the back seats and put a wall or something of like 3-5 subs. I will probably run a dual alternator in it so it would be great if you know some vechiles that you have seen with a dual alternator. Thanks for the help.

I would like the car for daily driving, i was hoping less that 8 grand for the car. I am a newbie to the car audio scene and have made some mistakes with my first car system and now I want to have a car with a nice system that I dont have to worry about any problems. S10 blazer, Jeep Grand Cherokee

You can get a 98 Jeep GC for $7000 easy. Get a 4.0, and it will run for 250000 miles with routine maitenance. 4wd is unbeatable in the winter, and makes rainy days fun.

*98 is the last year of the ZJ style, 99 is the beginning of the WJ style, and 2005- is the WK... ZJs look the best IMO*

I would personally go for the Blazer, I have always liked them...

my explorer gets 20 mpg and makes any sub louder than a trunk car. i would stick with smaller vehicles though with a v6.. blazers are cool, explorers, S10s, etc. blazers and exploeres dont do bad in spl comps at all. might be cause of the design and theyre kinda small. but... a crx pwns all if youre into competition.. and gas mileage = teh win.. but if youre on suvs or trucks yeah blazers, explorers, s10s, all are cheap and good for spl and decent for gas. you dont need a dual alt. setup. one big one is just fine. along with plenty of 0/1 guage wiring

To be honest with you guys, I dont mean to sound stuck up or anything, but I really dont give a shit how much gas costs or mileage. Would an explorer be a good choice?
