honestly, that makes absolutely no sense... unless you accidentally pulled a fuse when you took off the trim

I have no idea how the car ran before they brought it in to us ...I guess its a good learning experience to be more careful about who's car we work on and also to be more attentive to the condition of the car before we work on em. Usually we just get at it and start taking out the stock hu and we never even have thought of how the car runs.

one should always do a work order on the vehicle they are working on. otherwise you become liable for inop functions when the car leaves. BTW NEVER unplug anything in newer vehicles when the key is on. NEVER!!!!!!!!

thats no ****... u also dont do installs with the battery connected.. even if you've been doing installs for 20 years. DISCONNECT THE BATTERY!!
