I need a help for to build a box Pioneer TS-W303

In manual PDF asks the recommended 42.5 liters.

PS: It is a vented rectangular box!

And for last what is the measures for the duct?

On the second page of the PDF file, it clearly states the box recommendations. Not sure why you're even asking for help when the answer is there to begin with. Just deduct .059^3 from the total box volume for speaker displacement.
