And by open face sandwiches you mean just make a regular sandwich and only use one slice of bread?

I also got into the habbit of eating up to a cup of non fat cottage cheese before I go to sleep. Apparently it slows down or reverses the process your body does when you sleep wich eats your muscle tissue instead of fat tissue.

best appetite suppressors are foods that take a long time to digest. Oatmeal is my favorite. Quaker State has a good Weight Control oatmeal that's pretty tasty.
yep got me some of that oatmeal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif try tuna, chicken, or turkey (about two servings) with a low fat piece of cheese and one piece of whole wheat bread. thats how all my sandwiches are now. i also like scambling an egg with about 1/8th a cup of milk in it and using a slice of cheese or 1/4th a cup of shredded cheese and one one piece of wheat, makes a nice lil snack before workout. of course i eat two pieces of fruit a day and have one lil 100 cal cheat snack like a lil bag of popcorn or a wheat nutty butty bar //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
