What exactly does 'cosmetically bad' on the Premier HU mean? Is the display all messed up or something?

The buttons were abused, and for some some reason the motor is jammed when you want to eject a cd. So for that ill be looking for $25 + shippin. Pioneer should be able to repair it for you.
