Looks nice though. I painted a box bright red once with a gold grill. Real gansta.

I've been using the Jasper jigs for about 2 yrs now. they are SIC !

very nice work. Trust me you'll get sick of the dust when using a router to do the sub cut outs. It is the most accurate/easiest way, but do a few 18" cut outs in a row with a double baffle and your ENTIRE garage will be MDF dust...

Those jasper jigs from PE are nice. How are you putting those grooves in the bottom and top panels for the port walls?

you can get em right from jasper tools now. also i lost my claibration insert for my jasper jig, i sent em off a quick email and they sent me on in the mail free of charge. great tool from a great comapany
