This for another member......here's a few teaser pics to start until i finish it. 2^3@37 htz with 31 inches of port. I don't know what the hell is wrong with my POS camera....must be sawdust on the lens...finished pics in post 31

Those jasper jigs from PE are nice. How are you putting those grooves in the bottom and top panels for the port walls?

i use a 3/4" slot cut bit on my router....just clamp a board down as an edge guide

it was weird building with all those floating around

painting the port white......j/k its Kilz, i think its the best primer for MDF. Gonna have a bright red port so the white will help brighten it up.
