ok finished box pics.....well almost, i need to sand down one side . I nicked it with my router so i repaired with MDF dust/glue. Just need to sand it out smooth. 1/4" roundover on all edges, bright red port per owners request.

i need the weather to cooperate so i can hone my box building skills more and use the router more, all i ever use it on still is the inside port corners.

very nice work. Trust me you'll get sick of the dust when using a router to do the sub cut outs. It is the most accurate/easiest way, but do a few 18" cut outs in a row with a double baffle and your ENTIRE garage will be MDF dust...

i'm getting ready to completely gut my garage of anything that is not absolutely necessary. I'm tired of MDF dust on everything. I wish i could talk everyone into 13 ply baltic.....
