Wow, I'd ballpark my system at 140 db's +/= 2. I can't imagine the torture a car takes at 150 db in a daily driver.

I have the bad habit of using less screws to put stuff back on than were in the piece when I took it off.
"It will hold just fine," I'd always tell myself.

Used commercial rearview mirror glue to secure the metal mount piece of the mirror to the windshield several times...that never worked very long. Tried Superglue...same thing. Only thing that worked for a good length of time was 5-minute epoxy. And it broke loose once or twice.

Was always fun driving & having the rearview mirror scare the crap out of me when it banged down on the center console.

my rear view hasent come off, but thats because the rear view thingy is attached to a plastic slide-on piece thats attached to the window, so it vibrated violently but it can never come off!

anyone else notice also, that when bumping full volume if you reach foward and touch the windshield you can feel it also vibrating ALOT ! lol i look like a dumbass reachin foward drivin down the road feeling-up my windshield //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The brake light up on my rear deck fell off. My rearview mirror fell off after having it "professionaly done". The tinting button my my rearview mirror rattled out.

i noticed that my trunk lid now sits like a half inch higher than it once did and sticks out some... and believe it or not one day ridin down the road at about 20/35 volume i notice all of a sudden i lose almost all my output but i could still hear it faintly ... im like oh god ****it mother ****er , you know thinkin either 1 or both subs just went out , then i turn around and see the trunk wide *** open goin down the road... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif as much abuse as this thing gives my car i would think it should be a givin my ear drums an even harder time

Well it broke my sunroof retracting mechanism, my trunk lock barely works, and my remote trunk release doesnt work now...my trunk sits higher and leaks more, and I constantly break bulbs all over the car. It also knocked my rearview off.

I started taking it easier after my sunroof broke... lol
