I was constipated for 4 days after I got my wisdom teeth out(damn you pain killers!), and I took a massive, log-esque shit that took about half an hour to push out....it was a good 1.5-1.75" wide and maybe 8-10" long. That thing was dense too, sounded like someone dropped an anvil in the toilet.

I had back surgery. It was a ladectomy where I had a ruptured disc in my lower back. Was in bed for about 4 days and then couldnt walk very well for about 2 weeks. Trying to get up, walk to the toilet, sit down, and push out a turd was hell.
