Has this ever happened to anyone before?

I purchased a pair of ID CX62 V2 mids from woofers. So one day I started to hear a weird sound as if the speaker in the left door is blown or blowing. I finally got a chance to open the door to see if it has really blown; only to be surprised that the center piece that you could transform the set to "coaxial" had fallen off/loosen and was bouncing around between the speaker cone and door panel. Luckily these cones are well built and that I checked it out quickly before it actually punched a hole in the speaker cone. I checked the other speaker and that too probably would have loosened if i didn't check it also.

Is this a common problem with these speakers?
