There are quite a few "spl subs" that have a fs right around 50hz as well...

There are a lot of speakers in the subwoofer section that aren't labeled as subwoofers. It's in the "car audio 12" subwoofer" section for a reason...so I guess the MTX "super" woofers aren't subs either? Or the Pyle subs that have an fs of 28hz, which are also labeled as woofers, are not as well? You're arguing over semantics while trying to prove your point, and it's tiring. It seems to me like you were trying to step in the thread and be a know-it-all...it backfired.

Sucks man. I had them ship me some speakers with absolutely no padding in the box. I had 8 3" full range speakers just flying around in there, and the cones all got dented, and every frame was bent pretty badly. I called them about it and they were very quick to make everything right, but damn, not one ounce of packaging.

That is poor business to send out 4 instead of 6! I have dealt with them several times with no probs. I just cant believe they would just send you 4 without telling you they were out. Sorry it didnt work out, I was looking at those too just didnt pull the trigger. Are you gonna experiment with them at all, send em back or sell em annarbor84?

I have no use whatsoever for 4 of them. I am going to call and talk to a manager in the morning and see if I can get something done. Because to fill a partial order is complete bullshit and it is not how you do business

Per our convo today, I am under the impression shipping is supposed to be on me Which is why I am going to talk to a manager over it. I figure I will spend $120 to ship all these back, and that is not happening!!!!

you ordered 6 they sent four, since they have no more they are at fault not you. They need to pay freight. Threaten them with the BBB if they dont see it yer way. It might not hurt to mention this topic here is putting them under scrutiny to the audio consumer demographic represented in this forum too.
