Has anyone here dealt with depression?

I brought it back. I have pancreatitis and it keeps acting up no mater how much I am careful. and today I just learned that a co worker died from panceatic cancer. Mine has been acting up for the last 2 months. has me more worried and deppressed again...

I get depressed from time to time best way to deal with it is live everyday like its your last and I have been told my don't give a **** attitude helps a ton I just don't let **** eat at me I just let **** roll off the shoulder.

Some things dont just "roll off the shoulder".... My sister has that attitude and she has Stage 2 cancer and going through Kemo.

usually I find something to keep me busy and not able to dwell on stuff.

You need a nuero scientist. Depression is when your body is in a state of low theta that doesnt fit between 1.4-3.0. In order to correct it you need someone to look at your brain waves. 9 times out of 10 doctors just prescribe drugs without actually looking at the brain waves so in reality you could be a depressed theta state and then be prescribed a downer and go even further down causing even more depression. Or you could be over active with an increased beta state and be prescribed an upper.
