Website looks super weak. Plus, WTF is up with this:
6. Any baffle that aims heavy speakers (tens, twelves, or fifteens) UP or DOWN. DOWN is not as bad as UP, but a heavy cone will sag from the pull of gravity and come to rest out of the magnetic gap. This will cause distortion, loss of power, and a possible mechanical failure of the speaker.
Uhhhh... WTF?! If this the case, the sub is a piece of $#!t anyway! For this to be true, the sub would have to have either way too much moving mass or a weak suspension. Either way it'd be a crap sub. The actual playing of the sub would put a lot more stress on the suspension than the mere weight of the moving mass. I've had numerous subs mounted up and down and never had any problems. Almost all home audio subs are aimed down. Garbage.
