yea, my magnet is a double stack. i just took it outta the box - and i have it on my lap. id take a picture but i dont know where my mom stashed the camrea.

ill do it tomrrow.

looks just like that tho.

//edit

it looks to me like the **** of your cone is smaller.

yours might be a newer version. the magnet at the bottom just looks thicker, not double stacked and the bottom cap is more rounded than mine- mine is angular.

do you know the specs of that woofer?

I remember the other models having the bigger dust caps in the same generation as mine....so it is possible that they are from the same year. I see I wrote on my box .77 cubic feet. and THINK I got that number from the original specs The guy who used to work for them told me to add line the edges with fiberglass insulation and add a lb of polyfill. I added the polyfill just now (it had about 2 ounces in it before) and will audition it tomorrow...he told me that from memory to make it sound better and said he wa going to look up the specs for me. I'll PM you.

thanks alot for the info... mine definatly has a larger dustcap, between that and the surround i have maybe .5" where it looks to be more like 1" on yours, other than little cosmetic differences, they seem to be the same drivers.

so we have a match i believe =)

what now?

Take more pics of it and keep posting them on Termpro, giving them all the info you can. Also Id go ported with the sub just so you can see what it can really do. Just keep posing on the termpro thread those will be the guys that can probably help you ou the most.

im going to put it in my 1.2 cube @37hz to see how hard he can bump, i didnt have time for it last night... but thanks for the help everyone =)

I am about to go mail some packages of stuff I just sold on ebay and put the newly "stuffed" enclosure back in my car and see how it sounds.

Specs for the Radioactive 10 SVC are:

Specs for the 10"svc 4 Ohm are as follows:

Fs: 40 Hz

Re: 3.3 Ohms

Qt: .383

Qe: .396

Qm: 11.4

Vas: 30.9 Liters

SD: .0322 M^2

BL: 12.5

Le: 1.9 mH

Power handling 250 watts

Nuke 10 (the one with the larger dust cap):

Specs for the 10"svc 4 Ohm are as follows:

Fs: 35.8 Hz

Re: 3.2 Ohms

Qt: .268

Qe: .276

Qm: 8.89

Vas: 21.6 Liters

SD: .0323 M^2

BL: 18.7

Le: 1.9 mH

Power handling 750 watts

WinISD or any other program will be able to figure the rest of the parameters out for you. And yes, those are both US GZ products. BTW...give that Nuke 10 more than 750 watts if you can. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ...and vent both drivers, especially that Nuke!

wait, your saying mine is a better driver than his because it has a larger dustcap and this is the difference, aside from TS of the two? the look identical!?

****. i have a re SE 10" and its pumping 800 right now. **** how i wish this nuke was DVC4

sigh.

thanks for the great info man! and i hope everything works out for the bes for you and your, um... stereo... you know what i mean.

good luck. and thanks alot!
