H4xorz... I need your help

Why not just start fresh? Not to mention in the future, re-installing the OS is inevitable. You don't know what programs or viruses/trojans may be lingering and what not.

I haven't owned one legit copy of any OS (if you exclude Linux distributions). There's always workarounds.

 
OR... You could open up the case and remove a small green pin (sometimes black), and it will disable all passwords.
That clears the BIOS which reset the BIOS password. NOT windows password. ugggh. When it worked on your dells it worked on the BIOS boot password. This doesn't work on Windows NT/2000/XP password protected accounts installed on the hdd.

 
You won't have any trouble finding drivers for a Dell.

Not to mention that the only thing Dell actually manufactures is the advertising. It's got an Intel board, a Via chipset, etc etc.
