just go to the court date and get it reduced...if u see a bunch of people fighting their tickets and winning....try to fight it...the worst that'll happen is u'll have to pay the ticket full price.

the thing is that the original court date is Sept 15th 2008, but when you send it in as not guilty they will send you a new court date... Should I just go to the original one or just wait? It says on the ticket that if I don't get a new court date within 30 days to just go to the original one..

In NYC. I pled not guilty and sent it in. Waiting for a court date, AT CRIMINAL COURT!! He looked at my stereo and said that my music was too loud. I really didn't say much. Then he went to his car and came back with a summons. When I go to court and try to fight it I am going to say that he had no way of measuring the db's because he had no meter. I will say that LOUD is subjective and that without a meter how would he know how loud my radio was...Any other suggetions?

I myself are also fighting the ticket, if the pig doesn't show up its case dismissed. But if he does then I'll ask for traffic school. my insurance company said that this wont effect my policy. I'm usually very cautious but I was having a "system showdown":laugh: with the car next to me and next thing you know hes like right next to me:crap:

reschedule it as long as u can. here in texas u can do it only 3 times. since our system is behind 3-5 months it will be about year b4 u goto court. then when u go to court pray he dont show... then ull win.
