you may be better off to try saying it wasnt even hooked up. or you didnt have anything in there.

there is no proof of what the cop saw at the time.

factory stereos can get you in trouble these days. most places if the cop can hear it 10ft from the vehicle they can get you for it.

That is stupid. The law is 50 ft. No cop will ticket you for hearing your stereo 10 feet away. A factory stereo can be heard from over 50 feet away. Most of the people on this forum, including myself can probably be heard clearly from 1/4 mile away. The law is stupid and its only gonna get worst because the old people and no life's always have to complain about something. But dont say 10 feet, thats just WRONG!
