good woofers to replace 3 W6's

I currently have 3 12w6v2's pushed by a 1000/1 and a soundstream 501 rubicon. They sound great but I want more. I want Heavy almost painful bass that doesn't sacrifice SQ. I have been looking around and I have noticed a ton of high powered woofers priced in the same general area of my current setup. XXX's Btl's TC 5200 Any Suggestions Amp suggestions are appreciated also. would I be better off sticking with my current setup? Thank you

Let me specify that I am really looking to buy only 1 or possibly 2 new speakers at this time. I was going to buy another w6, but i'm undecided and running out of patience and space in my truck.

Well are you going to be using the same box??

Or do you want to buy 1 new sub to run off that 1000/1 and add another sub later. for only 1000watts i might run re se's.

I'd build a new box.....and I am probably going to sell the 1000/1......I think i like that kicker zx 2500....Is that true 2500 rms or no......Any suggestions

I dont think the issue is the woofers...the issue is power and enclosure.

Get yourself an IA 20.1 and drop the impedance like its hawt...then build a vented enclosure tuned to 30 HTZ.

You could sell me a 13W6 though if you want....

start by upgrdeing from 1000wrms to 2.5 or 3000 wrms, it will make a world of difference, before you buy new subs you need a new amp anyway so try it on your jls they are very good subs. with strong electrical you should get what your looking for.

they're 12 w6's.....I love them, but I want more bass.....They're tight and hit hard but not like a 1000 or 2000 watt woofer, but their sq is nice

you are running one with a 500 watt amp, and then powering the other 2 with a 1000/1?

well if you buy another w6v2 i would reccomend something with 2+ watts at whatever load you need. The w6v2s are awesome sounding woofers. I ran one in my old car for a week since im friends witht he local installer

yae my cousin had a pair on a memphis 1100d and that thing pounded and sounded great before it got stolen. But an upgrade in an amp wont hurt but btter the system
