Good or Bad?

I've been looking into getting a new alt, and I checked around on ebay and found this guy.

I e-mailed him and he said the alt does 100amps at 900rpms and 200amps at 1600rpms... is this any good? or does it look like a scam?

thats a pretty cheap price for a 200 amp alternator, but the numbers are about right 100 @ 900 and 200 @1600...those arent fishy, just the price seems a little low for 200 amp alternator

I know autozone tests alts. does anyone know if the tester does amps??? bah, maybe I'll just stop by after class tomorrow and see.

To bring this back up...

I ordered one, recieved it and took it to autozone to get it tested. It passed, I left it in my backseat for about a week after that because I didn't have time to put it in. Finially I put it in and it wasn't charging worth a shit, took it to an alt shop they told me the rectifier(i think?) was bad. Took it to autozone to get tested to and it failed... So called up the company, sent it back just got the new one yesterday. I put it in and it's running like a ****ing champ. Took the new one in to the shop to get it benched, did something like 197amps at 1500rpms. At about 1500rpms I can have my system cranked all the way and still be running at 14.4volts.
