Help with my subs wiring plz

Hi all,

I just bought 2 used 10" Xtant subs in ported box from a friend of mine. Each sub is 4 ohm SVC and 200 watts RMS. But I'm really confused and had no idea how he wired it, and need someone to tell me if this wiring is good or wacked.

I'll use pics to better visualize.

the two wires then go to a bigger insulation

Finally the end of the sub wires:

This is on the amplifier side:

I appreciate if someone can help tell me how this wiring works. The thing is I just can't see if this is either series/parallel or wrong wiring.

If it's no good any suggestion how I wire it? the amp is kicker 400.1. 400 watts at 2 ohms.

thanks a lot

That connection is parallel, notice that the positive (or neg. i cant tell) output on the amp has red and green wires, and then you see a red wire on one sub and a green one on the other. Same goes for the black and white wires. Since there are two 4 ohm SVC subs, your amplifier is pushing a 2 ohm load, so all 400 watts are going to the subs. The setup looks good! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
