im tryin to plan out my foods. im still looking into the different kindas of food, and before i get a set plan, im trying to eat good in the mean time.One of the hardest things about losing weight is having self-control when it comes to snacking. I really suggest planning out what you are going to eat for the day ahead of time, and only eat that. Like someone said, small meals spread throughout the day. A couple eggs for breakfast, something like a granola bar as a snack, a light lunch, another granola bar, and then a dinner with a half portion of what you normally eat, with a veggie side, and some like rice or mashed potatoes. Cut back on condiments, also. They add more calories that you probably don't need.

Only use one cup of noodles, uncooked, half a cup of sauce, and the equivalent of one burger patty. The first time I actually measured food, I realized that I was eating TWICE or more what a healthy amount was.
