Good daily workout tips?

that was just the weekend, bad i know, just kindof got caught up in it.
today all ive had has been, a home made sausage egg and cheese on and english muffin for breakfast, peanut butter and banana sandwhich when i got home from classes, and a plain hamburger for dinner. was gunna hit the gym, but got to studying and now im looking at the clock, and which how little material ive covered..i need to stay on it for my test tomorrow. so ill pick up with the weights tomorrow, and i figured since i was sore anyways, yall empasized resting pretty heavily if your sore.
stay away from the greasy foods! eat every 3 hours even if u don't feel hungry, pick up cans of tuna at the store and eat those as well, put it on sandwiches, really count your calories and have like a 500-600 calorie meal and u'll be surprised just how many calories you consumed by the end of night before you sleep. if ya want eat a pound a day or 3500 calories if ya wanna bulk up fast lol. just test ur metabolism out eatin 2500 a day for 2 weeks and if you dont notice any gain then add 500 more, for me i have to eat like a pig to get big and i' mtryin to gain 20 pounds or more. also your mind affects everything you do if you want to be successful bro, keep it postive and u will see results:)

 
when i get to class and im absolutely dragging ***, ill have an energy drink as a last resort.
You know what I find is great for energy, have a V8. I have no clue why but I get that same lag, I'm up at 5 in the morning for work and I work about 13 hour days so at about 4 I'm tired. It's gotta be like an instant vitamin boost or something but I slam one of them 500ml bottles and it just wakes me the hell up.

 
i jog 1-2 miles every morning except sat and sunday.. do 10 pullups. 10 sit ups 10 push ups. 20 sit ups 20 crunches and smoke a bong and im done...

it's been working out very well allong with not smokeing cig's.. ive noticed a big diffrence in tone and waight

i figured while i was at work subway was the lesser of two evils. it was either that, or go to the grill. and i dont trust that food..

ill have to try it. ill get up around 7:15, in my tech school classes at 8. i start to drag around 10 or so..so thats when i need my hit. but that sets the mood for the whole day, if i dont have it..no work gets done that day //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

 
Subway's the shit. Go for the double turkey subs or double chicken breast subs. Sometimes when I'm a little down on the calories for the day I'll hit the meatball subs but that's pretty rare

the company i work for owns a subway as one of the companies within it, and when im on the clock i eat at work for free.

i picked up one of their (i think its new) subs called the feast. its got salami, pepperoni, turkey and roast beef. ham too, but i leave it off. lettuce, pickle, oil and vinegar. mmmmm. havent checked the calories on it yet tho

 
i really need to start counting calories and whatnot. i guess i eat so little because i still dont know where that point is between too much and too little
I don't count calories everyday like I should, but its good to do atleast a few times. You might be amazed at how much...or how little you actually eat. Would be worth it to atleast do it a few times and break it out to protein, fat, and carbs just to get an idea of where your eating at.

 
so what range should i stay in calorie wise? ive never counted calories before. not lookin to get huge or anything like that, just put on alittle muscle and maintain it.
