ive been upping my reps. on all the machines i used to do like 3 sets of 8, now im doing 3 sets of 12 before i go to bumping up the weight.lighter weight, higher reps if your looking to tone the muscle you have.

they got rid of the normal bench machine, id usually do reps of 100-110lbs on it. i used to max out at 210..one or two presses. now they got some chest press machine you sit half upright in and push the bars up and they kinda go over your head..it sucks. but ill do reps of 65lbs on thatwhat you throwin up on the bench (reps)? whats your max?

ill curl like 25lbs one arm

ive been gettin like 20lbs barbells one in each hand, layin on my back on the floor or automon(sp?) and doin kindof a benchpress type deal. feelin it in the pecks.eh, more for endurance purposes. need weight to build the muscle.
when you do pushups ur usin ur own body weight yet tearing those pectoral muscle fibers doin reps then wehn you recover they build back up with the protein gainin new muscle. i'm sure you knew thateh, more for endurance purposes. need weight to build the muscle.

Nothing hardcore, just do the machines. Run for 10-20 min on the oliptical, bench machine, curl machine, ab machine, shoulders then a forearm workout.
Just trying to get into decently good shape before i head to a university for the chicks, and so its alittle longer before the beer belly hits.
Also, ive started to do 10-15 pushups with my legs on the arm of a chair or an automon(sp?) per commercial of whatever im watching on tv.

ive been doin 10-15 pushups every commercial break while watchin tv for the last like 2 or 3 hours. i can feel it already.
