Well - i would not agree or disagree with

Cos i am sure you got your reason to think so this way .

All i would say is if you are free and visit asia i would be happy to bring you around and you view might changes

While the world grow and thing become more accessible

product will soon be without country just product . and how good is it .

while the sub woofer is yet to be tested by any end user . i hope one day it will and the result would be it best reply to the user .

You should ditch the round and square, go with an pentagon like the sony xplode

or triangle like a bazooka

part of the consideration of the production is also how to control the cost so user can get a Good and cheap subwoofer .

i at this stage cannot be compare to large firm who can invest in fancy design .

that is why i had choose the more basic of the 2

Square and round .

Those are very nice Sub and the triangle one look very special .

This do give me some idea and i will see what i can do in the future .

i might just be able to come out with something new but not losing the fun while making profit from this hobby i have

Good luck on that design, im sure credence would like to talk to you after you produce it. Im guessing your going thru jixang maybe for the manufacturing?

Credence would also probably like to talk to you too.

Might want to just start out with a less "known" design.....plain ole round subs with good SQ qualities usually sell themselves if properly marketed and proven in competiton

Nope is not going thru jixang ( not sure who is jixang or if it a place or person name )

can you tell me more about Credence and who is he or if it a place name or company

Ok i just did a search and found that Credence is a brand . and i notice there are also using the Ribbed RIm lik ethe Kicker design ..

and also i notice the basket on both out sub is the same or very close in design also

I just went to have a look at the Credence website

and notice the basket to be very clsoe in design ..

May i ask ..

the Credence design seem to be using both the threaded sewing cone and the Ribbed design that you had said is patent to kicker ?

so i am confuse here .

Credence did indeed used to build our stuff, what they are doing is between our owner (patent owner) and Credence, so I cannot clarify.

But if you want some 'research' I could enlighten you to our Patent Lawer if you'd like to know the 'in's and out's' of using someone elses design.

i have no intention to violate any design . and is sourcing our parts .

and of cos i would use it within the limit that i did not violate anyone

when i look at Credence product i see alot of the china product which i found online .

The guy i work with is really someone who had been in the speaker line for 20 plus years .

and he did make some improvment in the subwoofer design - just not famous .

i would first look for option for the Ribbed RIm .

but i woul dbe happy to find out more info .
