So.. Are those type R's for your rear speakers?
Also how do the "S"s sound?

Yeah they are typr R's....I got em dirt cheap brand new @ work. They sound alright... but for rear fill doesnt really matter to me. I have them crossed @ about 100. The rainbows up front I have crossed @ 70.

The TYPE S's sound very very CLEAN. Coming from a 15 kicker L7 in 5.15 cubes to the S's sealed...crazy SQ difference. I also got these dirt cheap(or else I would have gone with different subs.)

Thats acctually @ my work...I probably put about 20-25 hrs into this install and it really paid off. I honestly could have put more but that would have been getting really picky.

I think I am going to change the 9883 to the 9887, I only put the 9883 because well it was dirt cheap.This is what the entire setup cost me:

CDA9883 brand new w/ warranty

SLX265 Upgraded Comps- Used slightly

SPR17LP Rears- brand new warranty

JL 9 wire- brand new

15 ft piece of 1/0 w/ring terminals

Distro

PDX1.600- brand new w/ warranty

2 12 Type S's- brand new w/ warranty

Alpine Speaker amp I think its MRFV550?..

36 sqft of Dynamat

Sub box

All small wiring, pieces of cloth, zip ties etc stuff like that.. FREE

GRAND TOTAL: ABOUT $947

I think its a killer budget system considering Pretty much everything is under warranty.
