Girl in need of some help!!!

do you have a camera u could take a picture of the wires on the back of the cd player and we could help you alot more because its your first time and you may not know all the car audio "slang" if you do im sure i or we can help you in the matter of a few seconds
i do have a camera on my phone but not the cord to hook it up...im at my fathers and everything is at my place....hmmm i could email the pic to you from my cell!!! could that be done?

Wired remote input is usually for a steering wheel control interface. Depending on the car, you may have an amplified antenna that needs a trigger (blue wire) connected to work. You may also need to ground the antenna to get it to work right
Steering wheel internface means i can work my stereo from my steering wheel right!? Because i dont have the option to do that....on my streeing wheel it is only for Cruise Control go faster and slow the hell down...lol

You could email to yourself save it to the computer then post the pic.

See on the instructions from pioneer it says for the blue/white......Connet to system control terminal of the power amp or auto--antenna relay control terminal

make sure your antenna is connect to the terminal that connect to the wire. Like, make sure all your connects are good @ the car - > antenna. Hope this made sense.

you realize the antenna wire is bigger and different that the rest or the power, ground and speaker wires. its much thicker and the end that plugs into your head unit is a little bigger than a pencil but its black and has a metal tip sticking out kinda like a cig lighter plug in but thinner/longer. the radio either has a hole this plug fits securely into or a black wire that has that plug on the end of it. sometimes the antenna cord falls down into the dash when you remove the old radio. didn't read all the way thru but it sounded like you thought the antenna was a wire you plug into the steering wheel control plug that kinda looks like headphones plug into (dont try it). it took me like 6hrs to put my 1st head unit in. (didnt know whatsoever what I was doing and was on shrooms, can't believe it worked

GUESS WHAT!!!!!! I DID IT ALL THANKS TO GUYS....seems like i had the antenna cable plugged into the wired remote input lmao and not the antenna. The solid blue cable i didnt touch and same goes for the blue/white cables. If by chance my Ipod doesnt work then i knows whats wrong...lol but hey i wanna say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone with all the help. God i wish i could have a beer and yes its only 10am.....however being preggers doesnt allow me to do such things....lol MILLION THANKS
