Getting a better system, need some opinions.

i started with roadmaster speakers,and a sparkomatic eq,,i couldnt afford a sub..i had to begin with cheap a.ss 6x9s..got to start somewhere??? right??I still bang lanzar and kicker..never had an issue with them

His budget mentioned is a lot higher than for just some 6x9's and roadmasters. If you got the money, and you claim you want a good system, spend the money and get it.

Are you going to install it yourself or take it to a shop to get installed?

Installing myself. Everything is setup I just need to buy the stuff put it in a box and throw it in my trunk. Wires are there waiting. So the audioque are going to get me the best spl? Some more help on the amp would be nice, think I'm going to get audioque I guess unless someone can tell me somethin better.

It's all about personal preference for us. AudioQue makes great amps and subs, Memphis makes great products, older Rockford power amps, American Bass, JL, etc. Your best bet is do some homework on the biggest place to find the answer in the world, the internetz! It's not all about making your roof flex either, its about the sound. I always wanna be all go, not all show no go. Look for reviews, video's, expert write ups, youtube even.

Install is > brand of equipment so with whatever you choose get a properly designed enclosure and build it correctly along with making sure your electrical is up to par with Big 3 in 1/0 and a good battery.

I've seen this big 3 thing before but what is that? For me it's about the roof flexin and not about the sound of the subs. I just want them to hella loud and possibly flex my car, hehe ;P

So the audioque is 250$. So I could get one, and then a decent 150$ amp and it will be within my budget. So would one audioque 12" with a 1500 watt mono block d amp hit good? I just watched a video and it was flexin his glass on his car. He said he didnt have the audioque amp up all the way either. Would I be heard from a mile away? Better than my 2 12" volfenhags that's had a kicker zx250.2 amp with it?

To get any kind of real results, you'll want to get/make a custom enclosure for that sub, which will cost another $120+.

But yes, an HDC312 and 1500W amp will be unbelievably better than what you had.

Yeah think I can find one tuned nice and stuff on eBay? And what if it was even in a crappy box would it still be a lot btr than those volfs?

For super cheap and loud, go for the APSM-1500. You seem the be the first person I've seen on the forum where an APSM is probably your best choice. It will put out enough power, and that's all you need.

And no, a box on eBay is not what I mean. Those are exactly the boxes I'm trying to get you to avoid.

Can the one audioque sub withstand 1500w @1ohm? And I can wire the sub to 1ohm also to match it right?

couldnt agree more, got screwed on ebay for 78.00$ they only refunded me 30$
