Video of this setup with old box

Video of Current set up (Same everything except box,and yes i know the box is resonating...has since been taken care of since this vid)

Cabling wise nothing much...4 gauge from battery to distro block in the trunk...8 gauge to amp. As well as factory speakers.

By January I will be running as follows and will post up pics as the build comes along

-220-250a alternator.

-0 gauge wiring

-Bigger gauge speaker wire and other misc. things

-Stinger voltmeter

-Audiopipe 1800

-Laguna 4 channel 100x4

-Q power door speakers

-2 alpine type-r 12's

-Either a 4.5cu box with adjustable port 32hz to ??,Or a smaller box with adjustable port and over power the subs...Still debating that.

Nothing special really. This will be the first proper system i have ever done instead of the "wire it up dont care what it sounds like"...although it sounds alright to me now. Hopefully once it is all said and done i will be satisfied...until i get rid of this beat *** car.

putting aside that fact that they get a little toasty those mrp amps are ,powerful, with high efficacy, killer looks, and great sound reproduction. and there relativity cheap. looking good so far.

How do you back up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
LOL! i was waiting for someone to ask this...Usually i sit on an incline so i drop it in neutral...When i park,i take the parking space where you just ride out from. Been doing this for a year or so. It's like clock work. The reverse band broke...honestly im too lazy nor have the proper tools on deck to drop the *****,gut it,and replace a stupid band.

instead of the aq you could just run another m500, or an m2000 there both reasonable used.

and the m2000 is a monster used one for a about a month or two on some type xs was really surprised with the output.

For a brand new one is like $190 bucks...And i heard it puts out solid power. Maybe not rated. But not very far off from rated.

the aq?, oh well either way it should be good, reason i say the m2000 is because its 1500rms @ 4ohm(which is what i assume you would be wiring it to with two) (more like 1700rms) and its over 80% efficant so it doesn't drawl much more than it produces. then at 4 ohm you also have that high dampening factor for control.

I will look into that. Nothing is solid yet as of right now.

yeah ive never heard an the 1800 before so im not begging on it, im sure its a great amp, i hear alot of good things about aq in general.

just thought that i would through that out there. think you can pick up a used on for $250 300 used with shipping.
