my amp is a monoblock 1000 w at 1 ohm my sub is 600 w rms dvc 2 ohm wired parallel should my sub output voltage with 50 hz tone at 3/4 volume be 24.4 or 31.6

you should be aiming at 31.6 if your wiring like to 1 ohm like you are. but im not sure if your trying to run 1000 watts to that sub.. if your trying to run 600 try around 24.5
