G35 Car Audio Opinions

Since the CD playing in my G35 crapped out, i was looking into replacing it with an aftermarket unit. Need opinions on this setup:

Eclipse AVN726E

*Rear View Camera

*iPOD Interface

*Sirrius SR Tuner

Eclipse SC8365 3-way Componets (Front)

Eclipse SP6910 2-way (Rear - is this even necessary??)

Eclipse 10" or 12" Sub x2

JDM DoubleDin

Looking for all Eclipse setup, not really sure what AMP to use of theirs and really if rear speakers are even necessary? Not worried much about the speakers/subs/amps right now as i'm focusing on replacing the head unit.

why are you going all Eclipse?

Some of their older amps (EA and XA lines) are solid... XA4000 is a particular fave. Why are you using 2 and 3 ways instead of components?

i'm going with eclipse because i like the sound they put out, had some friends with eclipse headunits and speakers and liked them.

The SC8365 are components. I'm not really sure i want to replace th speakers in the rear though if i go with 2 subs, might just take them out since no one ever sits in the back seat.
