the waffer ones that I showed you from parts express are good. and they use ring terminls wich for me is more secure then the wire being held down by the screw

25 bucks for a fuse holder is a little outrageous lolthought you go buy how much power your going to be running? i just went by this..

Rated power output

----RMS power, 2 ohm linkable/dual mono

6000W x 1CH

----RMS power, 1 ohm mono

3000W x 1CH

----RMS power, 2 ohm mono 1600W x 1CH

----RMS power, 4 ohm mono

800W x 1CH

Signal to Noise Ratio >90dB

Low pass frequency crossover 35Hz~300Hz

Subsonic filter 10Hz~60Hz

Bass boost @ 45Hz 0~18dB

Phase shift control 0~180 degree

Frequency response 10Hz~350Hz (+/- 1dB)

T.H.D @ 4 ohm

Efficiency @ 4 ohm 86%

Fuse rating 300A (external type fuse)

Input Sensitivity 200mV to 6V (+/- 5%)

Dimensions 252(W) x 53(H) x 594(L)mm
Yes that is really high for an ANL fuse holder.

Knu $20

Scosche $7

Those are the two extremes that I would recommend. The Knu unit is very high quality and the most I would ever spend. It should be easy to install and water tight as well.

The Scosche is a bottom of the barrel, bare-bones fuse holder. You will need ring terminals on the end of your wire in addition to the fuse. It does not look like it would be water tight, so you will need to boot it if you need a waterproof connection.

i run the cheapo ones w/o issue. it all depends on where you will have it mounted at.
I agree as long as it is not under the hood //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Under the hood, I would want a water tight unit. In the trunk, not so much.

Thanks for the help im just going to get a good one for under the hood and then some cheap ones for in the trunk. Last question never worked with the anl fuse min usually just plug in. Now i just loosen the nut put the fuse in and tighten the nut? i could be wrong cause im just going by the picture haha
