Fuse on Amp Blows

I personally installed my system. It worked fine until the other day when I disconnected my amp. I was trying to install a new amp, but once I connected the the power wire(last thing I did) I got a huge spark and blew my fuses on my amplifier(not the ones on the power wire). So then I tired to hook my old amp up(and blew those fuses as well). I figured that somehow my power wire was making contact with the chasis of the Vehicle. So I removed my power wire and ran it outside of the car for testing purposes, but It still sparks up when I connect it to the amp. I've checked the ground wire and it seems fine. I also replaced the fuses. I have not a clue what the problem is. Any Suggestions are welcome.

why would you post the same thread twice? Weird, anyway you have to be fast when you hook up the hot wire/+. It's similar to playing hot potato, just jam it in and beat the spark!!
